Is TrueNorth a trucking carrier or a broker?

TrueNorth is neither a carrier nor a broker. While we do have origins in the trucking business, we currently neither employ nor lease drivers, and do not broker freight.

What types of loads does TrueNorth support?

TrueNorth supports dry van, reefer, flatbed and power only. We do not support bulk loads, hopper, tanker, box truck, hotshot or sprinter van.

I am already in a factoring agreement. Can I sign up with TrueNorth?

Yes! You can connect your factoring company to our platform, and we'll send your documents directly to your factoring company.

I'm a dispatcher, can I use TrueNorth?

TrueNorth requires a DOT number, but if you're a dedicated dispatcher and the carrier approves, you may have them sign up on your behalf.
